Booking Steps
Booking a session with an ASC mentor is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to get the help you need.

Log in / Create Account
- Use your university email to log in.
- First time? Create a new account using your university email.

Choose Your Session
Sessions must be booked at least 2 days in advance.

Select Subject & Consultant
- Choose the subject or course you need help with.
- Select a consultant from the available mentors.

Pick Time & Format
- Select a suitable date and time.
- Choose Online or Face-to-Face.
- Face-to-face sessions are held in the ASC room on the 3rd floor library.

Add Details
- Specify the topic or assignment.
- Mention friends attending (up to 4 students).
- Add attachments if needed (drafts, questions, assignments).

Confirm & Book
- Review subject, consultant, date/time, format, and notes.
- Click Book to finalize your session.

Add to Calendar & Be on Time
- Save the session to your calendar.
- Consultants wait up to 10 minutes past the scheduled time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancel or reschedule at least 7 hours in advance via your booking page.
